It's beginning to look like Rhui, like the previous programmer, may have decided to leave this project behind. I'll probably look into Viper again. It used to be a poor comparison to Pwnagebot, but it's looking like the only option ATM.

We have no indication that Rhui is doing anything at all related to Pwnagebot. Quoted dates have come and gone with no delivery. A simple status update would work wonders to quell speculation on the death of Pwnagebot. Is that too much to ask?

I see in another thread that Rhui has indeed posted an update. He has been working on an update for post LOTRO U23. I will try to wait patiently.

Rhui, your work is greatly appreciated. I only wish we had more developers working with you to provide a more consistent flow of updates.

Nobody need to wait. I have no problem if ppl want to use MMOViper.

I just dont want to support charging bot coders if we would blow out our sources.

He had a couple of coders for 2 weeks or 2 months. Never seen after that again.
These are facts.

We do this here for enjoyment and also for free, all volenteers,
all high potentials in their IT jobs. All with RE skills (Without you dont understand
80% of the bot concepts). Every line of code in our free time.

So yes, you all are right, bit is not working right for 12 months now.

Our team was a little bit upset of the quality of the SSG patches the last 12 months.
Too many patches, too many fixes.


What i can say:
The work on the bot didnt stop! Work was slowed down, yes!

Please use at the moment MMOViper if you want. We dont care!
We just want to push our bot back in a position where it will run stable again for hrs.
We working on that.
It takes time.
Just check this page from time to time if there are updates.
Do whatever makes you happy.
Life is too short.....

Rhui, do you have an ETA at all? Week, month, 3 months, year?

Came back to playing recently and would like to get back into botting. I Used your bot before and would love to keep botting. Would much rather use yours since its free but I know with stuff being free that usually means it takes longer and I understand that.

There is no ETA. When troubleshooting issues it depends on what needs to be done to fix the issue. Once that is worked out, than an ETA could possibly be given, certainly not before.

Just so you're aware for anyone looking to buy MMOViper its not even comparable to pwnagebot for two reasons, one pwnagebot is free and the other is MMOVipe does not gather resources only attacks mobs, - this is from the creator of mmoviper himself.

I will always be a supporter of Pwnagebot before any other. Hope to see it working soon, but don't expect it as you guys do what you do for free.

It grinds resources if you know how to set it up to grind resources, and actually watch it for a little while to find where it hangs up and adjust the course.
It currently forces focus on the window, so sitting on your phone while it runs or sleeping.
It's significantly harder to set up, but the guides are still usable and workable if you want to use it. But generally, since botting is a choice for the lazy, like myself, it is time not typically done.
I've done it a lot before, and actually migrated over to pwnage from lotro, but have moved back until pwnage is updated (Bless Rhui)
