Is there any chance to get a BOT for the mac version client???

Afraid not. While dev has not stopped, it has slowed, and I'm fairly sure that the people involved don't own a Mac either. Plus a lot of the tools necessary to make this work are not available on Mac.

Probably would work on running lotro in a vm though. Not sure of the performance.

in this case - always best to install a copy of windows on bootcamp and run it from there -

not much hassle tbh
