I'm a noob, How can I get this to work?

I really cant get this to work, I log in on my desired character, I'm visible in middle-earth I start pwnagebot and I get error 401 -403 every time, the errors just vary. What am I doing wrong?

Any feedback is appreciated :-D thanks.

Thanks, I'm just downloading all of the .net frameworks I don't have :)
