How do I set up the mapper so I don't get the spider webbing affect when two points come together? What I would like is whenever I cross another already mapped area or run parallel to another line that I don't get auto connecting lines. I assume it has to do with the mapper options under the config tab but whatever combination I try I cannot seem to get to work for me.
Thanks!
Mapper Question
Re: Mapper Question
They're not really points, they're actually squares, and the centre of the square is what you see as a point.
It does the connections based on the proximity of teh centre of the squares. If it is within a specific range of another point, then it will create a connection. That range depends on whether you run the mapper in Tight mode or not. When Tight, it is a distance of 7, when not distance 20.
There's currently no way to prevent it from joining multiple points if they fall within range.
I guess it could be an option to only join to the previous node. Feature to be added.
