Harvesting ore/wood doesn't work, couldn't find an answer

Harvesting ore/wood doesn't work, couldn't find an answer

Hey guys,
As stated in the title, I activated the harvesting option in the bot and the grind path leads to several ores but my character is just walking past these. is there anything i can do?
