Level 85 or 95

Is there some kind of file what makes me level 85 or 95 or at least higher level than 60.Leveling is pretty hard now after level 50.If not is there some Xp doubler or something?

there is that magic wand, but the fairy godmother can be a bit fickle....

Or just use the bot. I have leveled several toons from 0 - 85 using pwnagebot.
