Cant find release button?

Been having this issue for awhile now. Makes me wait till timer is up. Not sure what the issue is can't seem to fix.
Sometimes i get or sometimes it Have no clue what to do. My os is windows and runing admin.
Also is harvesting broken in updates. Haven't read forums clearly but mine will not locate them and farm them. EDIT i can stop bot next to one and start and it will farm it but after it wont find/farm one 15m from me. Like it isnt searching in range for them. tryed moving tools around even set search up to 120 and nothing.[/color][/b]
