Cannot create Grind Spots and/or Location Sets

I am in Tinnundir and I try to start the mapper and it gies me an error and "Location doesn't exist"

I read the https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/225 ... 0guide.pdf and haven't found an answer there. Hoping for help, thanks in advance.

More specific co-ordinates I meant.

In game if you use /loc in the chat it will give you very specific co-ordinates. Then I can go stand there and test it.

Tinnundir is a bit like saying I live in Texas. Specific, but not really.

And yes, I could run over there myself and find the whole area does not map, but it is also helpful to have specific detail.
