seems to me that your toon was stuck but still trying to get around a rock or something like that.
maybe a GM walked passed you and saw you moving in a weird way for like 10 mins.. and you got banned.
at least the log shows that you were getting stuck

Has anyone encountered any good grind spots in rohan?
its very hard to bot because the toon keeps gettin insufficient path data when pulling a mounted npc...
there HAS to be areas without these mounted npcs.
