i need a little help

I create my map, setup my skyll rotation, grind spot etc.. al work fine, i need to know if i can setup the program to use mount only when he arrive to a specific point of the route.
I need to know if i can setup the connection to run only in one direction, the when pass a point they can't run back, or they must do a specific route
